Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product distribution and volume in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) venues across Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including bar managers, sommeliers, and F&B directors.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the on-premise beverage sector.
  • Organize and participate in product tastings, promotions, and training sessions for staff and clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand activation campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the regional sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in on-premise sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s HORECA landscape and key industry players is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
