Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Business Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the IT, telecom, or digital solutions industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
