Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Business Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and high-value clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masterâs degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the IT, telecom, or digital solutions industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or team events.
