Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and meet sales quotas.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the Bali market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
