Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and drive sales conversions.
- Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales techniques and persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or outbound call center roles (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales over the phone.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to ensure professional call quality.
