Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the commercial sector.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the education industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial sales, preferably in the education or corporate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
