Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for healthcare products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits and features of medical solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories (Bali region).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
