Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key merchant partners in the assigned region.
- Identify and onboard new merchants to expand GrabFood’s network and market presence.
- Monitor merchant performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns and merchant incentives.
- Address merchant concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Prepare and present reports on merchant performance, growth metrics, and strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in merchant engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the F&B or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
