Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule marine service jobs, ensuring optimal deployment of engineers and resources.
- Liaise with clients to understand service requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Manage the approval process for spare parts and service requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and client needs.
- Prepare and distribute timely service reports, documentation, and follow-up communications to stakeholders.
- Monitor job progress, track deadlines, and proactively resolve any delays or issues to maintain service efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics) to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and job statuses in CRM or internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services or products based on client needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the marine, engineering, or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and basic project management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving client concerns and operational challenges.
- Familiarity with marine terminology, service workflows, or technical coordination is a plus.
