Responsibility
- Assist the Sales Manager in obtaining product pricing and availability from suppliers.
- Source and procure products based on client requirements and company needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients and provide timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative and logistical assistance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
