Join Saberindo Pacific as a Government Sales Engineer and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Bali’s public sector. As a key liaison between our technical team and government clients, you will identify project requirements, propose innovative solutions, and ensure seamless execution from proposal to implementation. Your expertise will drive revenue growth while reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner in critical infrastructure development.
Based in the dynamic Badung region (covering Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta), this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that enhance public safety and operational efficiency across Bali.
Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within government agencies, public institutions, and related sectors in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including officials, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to design customized fire protection and MEP solutions aligned with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations to secure contracts and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and emerging technologies in fire safety and MEP systems.
- Monitor project progress, address client concerns, and provide post-sales support to foster long-term partnerships.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in fire protection, MEP, or construction industries.
- Proven track record of selling technical solutions to government clients or large institutions.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian government procurement processes and tender regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Technical proficiency in fire suppression systems, HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
