As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our portfolio of high-quality medical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on product benefits and usage.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and medical advancements to deliver informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
