Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing General Trade outlets to drive sales growth.
- Identify and acquire new accounts to expand market coverage and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the General Trade sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
