Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the plastic manufacturing sector.
- Identify, engage, and convert new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the plastic manufacturing industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting the plastic manufacturing market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastic manufacturing, industrial supplies, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
