Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the supply chain and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
