Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive AI/SaaS adoption across Southeast Asia, aligning with global company objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets within the region, leveraging local insights and global best practices.
- Revenue Growth: Own P&L responsibility for the Southeast Asia region, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and channel development.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team, including sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI/SaaS solutions.
- Product Localization: Collaborate with product teams to adapt AI/SaaS offerings to meet the unique demands of Southeast Asian businesses.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with local distributors, resellers, and technology partners to accelerate market penetration.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor regional KPIs, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to maximize business impact.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years in business development, sales, or general management within the AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industry, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Southeast Asia Expertise: Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory landscapes.
- Sales Leadership: Strong background in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets and building high-value client relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement data-driven business strategies that drive long-term growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with product, marketing, and operations teams to align regional goals with global objectives.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting for regional operations.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
