Responsibility
- Promote and sell BRI’s financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and insurance, to individuals and businesses.
- Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on BRI’s product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of financial products (e.g., savings accounts, loans, insurance) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
- Clear BI Checking (no adverse credit history) is required.
