Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business insights to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
