Responsibility
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Needs Assessment & Solution Proposal: Identify client pain points and present tailored Syspex solutions that drive value.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for renewals, upsells, and new business agreements with a win-win approach.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, including revenue growth, client retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years in key account management, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the West Region/Indonesian market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong track record in closing high-value deals and managing contract lifecycles.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and measuring success.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools for pipeline management.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
