Responsibility
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage luxury jewelry and wellness brands in the UK market.
- Craft personalized, high-impact email and LinkedIn messages to secure meetings with key decision-makers.
- Manage and track lead pipelines using CRM tools to ensure follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with the UK media agency team to align outreach strategies with client objectives.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets for high-ticket services.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends in luxury and wellness to tailor messaging effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and outcomes for reporting.
- Provide feedback and insights to optimize campaign performance and messaging.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in luxury, wellness, or media sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or fluent).
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and email outreach platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in cold outreach, prospecting, or appointment setting for high-value clients.
- Knowledge of the luxury or wellness industry is a significant plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace in Bali.
- Availability to work part-time hours aligned with UK business hours (flexible schedule).
