Responsibility
- Strategic Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesiaâs growing commercial real estate and workspace sectors.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and industry leaders to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Deal Negotiation: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, delivery, and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Revenue Targets: Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Client Retention: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Unispace at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 8+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in commercial real estate, design, or workplace solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, with existing networks in Indonesia being a strong advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-value negotiations and close complex deals.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Communication Excellence: Fluent English with exceptional presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a remote or hybrid work model.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
