Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to boost student enrollment.
- Lead campus operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and student satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools, community leaders, and educational partners.
- Oversee admissions processes, including student inquiries, applications, and enrollment.
- Organize and participate in community events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on enrollment metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure high-quality educational delivery.
- Represent the college at local and regional educational forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or educational leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and student success.
- Experience in community engagement or partnership development is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Bali education market is advantageous.
