Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote solar and energy storage solutions across Bali, targeting residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and digital marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to educate clients on the benefits and cost savings of solar and energy storage systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless delivery and installation of energy solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development opportunities to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and community initiatives to enhance brand visibility and establish UFO POWER as a leader in renewable energy.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the renewable energy, solar, or energy storage industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing platforms).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy, with a desire to contribute to a greener future.
- Willingness to travel across Bali to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
