Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Baliâs SME and enterprise sectors through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client HR challenges and propose tailored software solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations (virtual and in-person) that highlight ROI and operational efficiencies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate from lead to close.
- Stay updated on HR tech trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentalityâcomfortable with cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetings.
- Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance management) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating with global teams.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia (or willingness to relocate; sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
