Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s SME and enterprise sectors through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client HR challenges and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations (virtual and in-person) that highlight ROI and operational efficiencies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate from lead to close.
  • Stay updated on HR tech trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Qualifications

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or ERP solutions.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—comfortable with cold calling, email campaigns, and in-person meetings.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance management) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while collaborating with global teams.
  • Legal right to work in Indonesia (or willingness to relocate; sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates).
