Responsibility
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value clients in the food service industry, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the food service, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
