Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets for hardware products.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to boost product visibility and demand.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2+ years in sales, preferably in hardware, IT products, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of hardware products, technical specifications, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Existing network of contacts in the hardware or retail industry in Bali is highly advantageous.
