Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the assigned Bali regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the technology, construction, and industrial sectors through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Bali's tech ecosystem
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, demonstrating GS-Tech's engineering solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups, site visits, and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery of solutions to clients
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance GS-Tech's brand visibility in Bali
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the technology, engineering, or industrial sectors (B2B sales preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings and site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is advantageous
