As a Worksite Financial Consultant, you will engage with clients in various locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, providing expert financial advice and insurance solutions. Responsibility
- Conduct financial needs assessments for clients to recommend suitable insurance and financial products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective sales strategies.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance, investment plans, and other financial products tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, financial consulting, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions in Bali.
