In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, securing new accounts, and driving profitability within your designated sales territory. You will act as the face of our company, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and win new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
