Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and train workshop staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all workshop activities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on workshop performance, including KPIs, productivity metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert guidance to resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop management, automotive repair, or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, heavy machinery, or logistics equipment (preferably in manufacturing or transport sectors).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proficiency in workshop management software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with lean management principles, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
