Responsibility
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and team supervision.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for vehicles, trailers, and ISO tanks to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to support maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor workshop staff to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, service logs, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance, workshop supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, hydraulic systems, and ISO tank maintenance.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and inventory control systems.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (OHS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
