Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve emergency breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and checklists in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade or install new systems as part of facility improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff or operational teams on equipment handling and troubleshooting.
- Source and evaluate vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Proven expertise in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance (e.g., ovens, refrigeration units, exhaust systems).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure during emergency situations.
- Familiarity with local safety codes and regulations in Indonesia (e.g., PLN standards, fire safety).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (multimeters, thermal imaging, etc.) and CMMS software.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts as needed.
