Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on chiller systems and HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in chillers, ACMV, and HVAC systems efficiently.
- Conduct performance tests and adjustments to ensure optimal system operation.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on proper system usage and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for all performed tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend system upgrades or replacements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all service activities.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer, specializing in chillers and HVAC systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of chiller operations, refrigeration cycles, and HVAC controls.
- Certification in HVAC/R or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for on-site service assignments.
