Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of plant machinery to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues through root-cause analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians to execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or equipment to support long-term operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant/process engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, automation, and industrial machinery.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software, CMMS, or ERP systems.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali (relocation support may be provided).
