Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to assess electrical systems, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform technical assessments of electrical installations, including wiring, control systems, and power distribution networks.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation, including findings, recommendations, and action plans for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution of electrical projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and system malfunctions in the field, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Support the design and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and performance requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of electrical equipment, recommending upgrades or maintenance as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and field technicians to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field electrical engineering, with a focus on site inspections, troubleshooting, and system assessments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols (e.g., NEC, IEC, or local Indonesian regulations).
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers) and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali, including remote or outdoor sites as required.
