Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems into project designs.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and standards.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents for M&E works.
- Supervise site implementation, including installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for M&E components of projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during construction and post-completion phases.
- Generate detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E design, coordination, and site supervision, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and international M&E regulations.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient M&E solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as required.
