Polymer Chemicals Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. Responsibility
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults in industrial machinery, motors, pumps, and control systems.
- Conduct inspections and tests on equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Install, adjust, and calibrate new machinery and components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, spare parts usage, and downtime reports.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, PLCs, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
