Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of field service technicians to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Operational Optimization: Streamline field service processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance service delivery.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues on-site, providing expert guidance to team members and clients.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and client feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Resource Management: Allocate tools, equipment, and personnel effectively to meet project deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all field operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in field service, technical support, or a related engineering role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, or vendor-specific technical certifications) are a plus.
