Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in dismantling, inspecting, and reassembling aircraft engines and components.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft systems under supervision.
- Conduct quality checks and functional tests on repaired components to ensure compliance with aviation standards.
- Document all work performed in detailed maintenance logs and digital systems.
- Follow safety protocols and industry regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop expertise in aerospace technologies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
