Responsibility
- Develop and review AutoCAD drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with design and regulatory standards.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other engineering software to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a strong portfolio in AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from conceptualization to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar tools; familiarity with BIM is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, or SNI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
