Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical and M&E systems for major infrastructure projects, including airports, commercial buildings, and public utilities.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of electrical installations.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into project blueprints.
- Conduct feasibility studies, load calculations, and risk assessments to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI) and safety standards (OSHA, PUIL).
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and specifications to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven expertise in M&E system design, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and HVAC electrical integration.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETAP, or Dialux for electrical design and simulation.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical regulations (PLN, PUIL) and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in Denpasar, Bali, with willingness to travel to project sites across Indonesia as needed.
