Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on data center infrastructure, including cooling systems, power distribution, and UPS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Uptime TIER topology solutions for greenfield and brownfield data center projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and project updates in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data center operations, maintenance, or construction.
- Proven experience with Uptime TIER topology design and project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including cooling, power, and UPS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
