Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to transition products from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.
- Conduct process simulations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new manufacturing techniques.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, and quality issues in real-time.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, injection molding, or assembly operations.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, or other quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance provided).
