Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to coordinate project execution and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design plans and building codes.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, including daily logs, material usage, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to manage deliveries, inventory, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, including design discrepancies, material shortages, or labor issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including as-built drawings, change orders, and final handover reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction management software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
