Responsibility

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized technical solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to identify new business opportunities.
  • Post-Sales Support: Provide technical support during implementation and ensure smooth project handover to delivery teams.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to refine products and services, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Growth: Contribute to sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree: In Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in a technical role (e.g., engineering, IT, or product development) with a strong understanding of software, hardware, or industrial solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Minimum 2-3 years in sales, business development, or client-facing technical roles.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and experience in SaaS, manufacturing, or industrial automation is advantageous.
