Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
