Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Design and optimize workflows to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and new process implementations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
