Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment with technical and business objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to optimize project outcomes.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all engineering activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and development.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in project management, technical design, and problem-solving.
- Strong proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
