Responsibility
- Develop and maintain facility management procedures for the Singapore site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Manage process equipment, conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Document and analyze equipment performance data to generate reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all facility operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, utility systems, or process equipment maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools for tracking equipment performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations relevant to facility operations.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
