Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on technical equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to implement upgrades, installations, and system improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for reporting and analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients or internal teams as needed, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance technical expertise and efficiency.
- Assist in training junior technicians or new team members on best practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.
