Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align execution with design specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays, or deviations.
- Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and usage to optimize resources and minimize waste.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Resolve technical challenges on-site by applying engineering principles and collaborating with the project team.
- Ensure all construction works adhere to local building codes, permits, and client requirements.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and project documentation for internal and external reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and authorities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and local market dynamics is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
